RSA officer elections is schedulled tentatively for May 1st (Easter Sunday); candidates needed. Please submit your (auto)nominations to romanian AT grove DOT ufl DOT eduor to yours sincerely.The official position descriptions can be found athttp://grove.ufl.edu/~romanian/RSA/rsa/about/constit.htmlUnofficially, we are looking for 'students with an active spirit and some free time'.I keep on suggesting (but I need a student to support me, as I'm not a voting member anymore) that we need an fifth officer position, or at least a chairperson for the undergraduate and Romanian-American student populations.

Hi Everyone, Just wanted to let you know that the next Romanian party is tomorrow,

9 pm-..... in Maguire Village Commons Room (grad housing by SW REc
CEnter). Please let me know if you need info on how to get there, the map is here-
http://campusmap.ufl.edu/ search for Maguire Village, the building is EAST (left) of the mail on the map, the only 1-story bldg in there, in between laundry room and the office.

WHEN: 1st of December 2003, 11 am- 2 pm
WHERE: Reitz Union Colonnades
WHAT: mini-exhibition of Romanian traditional and modern objects, photos from Romania, short video presentation, Romanian modern and traditional music
For December 1st, the National Day of Romania, the officers of our organization decided to 'have a celebration'. Our usual specialty (the best parties around, certified) was not appropriate (end of school semester, middle of the Eastern Christian = Orthodox fasting) so we devised a variation. This was back in 2000, we are now at the 4th edition.
